CoinGecko API outages or data errors
Payment processor (Stripe) issues
Email service provider failures
Cloud infrastructure problems
Any other third-party dependencies

3.3 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYPTO.COM.BO, HUB TRADE, OR OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 USD IF GREATER).

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We obtain cryptocurrency data primarily from CoinGecko and other third-party providers. You acknowledge that data may be delayed, prices may not reflect current market rates, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or delayed data.

6. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

Use the Platform for illegal purposes
Attempt to manipulate markets or prices
Scrape or redistribute Platform data without permission
Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform
Introduce malware or harmful code
Circumvent security measures

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bolivia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bolivia.
